Welcome

Welcome to the home of Nashik’s GNU User Group (NashGUG) located in Maharashtra, India.

Nashik

Since Linux is such a popular kernel, we often call ourselves Nashik Linux User Group (NashLUG). Technically though, Linux is just one of many GPL licensed kernels (the other frontrunner being Hurd). Therefore GUG is more correct, but LUG is easier to pronounce. To keep things simple, we answer to either name.
